We have had a severe yard drainage problem since we moved to Virginia Beach 6 years ago. Total Landscape came out and assessed the issues, made very logical recommendations, quoted an excellent price for all the work to be done, and very wisely we contracted for the work.
In a few short days the considerable amount of work was completed with unbelievable professionalism. The staff at Total Landscape recently installed French Drains at my home. The customer service was exemplary from the first inquiry regarding the drainage system in my virginia beach residence, to the finished product. When I first contacted the company, Ben made an appointment immediately to discuss the drainage needs of my home. He arrived at my house and met with my husband and me to discuss the drainage process and to survey the property. It was immediately obvious that he was knowledgeable and he took time to explain in detail the French Drainage system. He outlined the materials, installation process, and related costs in a professional and detailed manner.
Ben and his staff arrived to install the drainage system and once again; they were professional, friendly, and diligent with their work; Ben took the time to answer questions and make sure I was pleased with the installation. When they were finished, he once again took time to talk with me regarding the drainage system and ensure that I was satisfied. Ben called several days later to ensure I was completely satisfied and to see if I had any final questions regarding the completed work. In addition to the drain, the staff completed a landscaping bed in the front yard. Ben’s staff was impeccable and left my yard in excellent condition.
I recommend Total Landscape for French Drains or any landscaping project. They were courteous and professional. They take time to make sure customers are satisfied and go the extra mile with customer service. It is obvious that the Total Landscape is dedicated and intent on providing quality work that is guaranteed.
